SEARCH Conference DAY 1

After few days on inactivity ,
here comes the picture i promised,

This conference i mentioned is SEARCH conference ,
which is meant for media professional to discuss about issues in media
on the name of research,

It is located at Subang Sheraton ,
And , for the 1st day of the conference ,
i look like this ,

Next,
akil is the one who going to present among the PHD holers,
he is very stress b4 the presentation,
but he seriously outshines the professors o ,

and that make him a ladies chice

Lunch time arrive, the mood is filled with excitement,

Sometimes, being photographer also is a stressful job,
After lunch
it chun time to present her research,

To support her, chun dad came to support her,
how sweet, awwww,

And we never failed to camwhore in any place,
althought there is pro and cons in everything

Oh, ya, the conference , provide
Breakfast, Lunch and Teatime,

If anyone wonder why i can wake up so early in the morning ,
then i would like to tell you that,
i din sleep at all wo ,
so of coz i am awake at this hour

Luckily, now i here to tell you that ,
I FINISH MY IPD ASSIGNMENT!!!

All is left now is to print it out,
and submit to teacher,

despite i got conned by that thick face businessman
but the sense of satisfaction of printing my magazine in thick paper
overrides it all.

Plan to skip 1 class today ,
time to put an end to my restless nights

definitely will get scolding from my family this time
for not sleeping
but i still got eat my med on time as a consolation to them

how to spend my next 1 hour and 30 minute?

Salty Coffee

He met her on a party. She was so outstanding, many guys
chasing after her, while he so normal, nobody paid attention
to him.

At the end of the party, he invited her to have coffee with
him, she was surprised, but due to being polite, she
promised.

They sat in a nice coffee shop, he was too nervous to say
anything, she felt uncomfortable, she thought, please, let
me go home.... suddenly he asked the waiter. 'would you
please give me some salt? I'd like to put it in my coffee.'

Everybody stared at him, so strange! His face turned red,
but still, he put the salt in his coffee and drank it.

She asked him curiously; why you have this hobby?
He replied: 'when I was a little boy, I was living near
the sea, I like playing in the sea, I could feel the taste
of the sea, just like the taste of the salty coffee. Now
every time I have the salty coffee, I always think of my
childhood, think of my hometown, I miss my hometown so much,
I miss my parents who are still living there'.

While saying that tears filled his eyes. She was deeply
touched.

That's his true feeling, from the bottom of his heart.

A man who can tell out his homesickness, he must be a man
who loves home, cares about home, has responsibility of
home.

Then she also started to speak, spoke about her faraway
hometown, her childhood, her family.

That was a really nice talk, also a beautiful beginning of
their story.

They continued to date. She found that actually he was a
man who meets all her demands; he had tolerance, was kind
hearted, warm, careful. He was such a good person but she
almost missed him!

Thanks to his salty coffee!

Then the story was just like every beautiful love story ,
the princess married to the prince, then they were living
the happy life... And, every time she made coffee for him,
she put some salt in the coffee e, as she knew that's
the way he liked it.

After 40 years, he passed away, left her a letter which
said: 'My dearest, please forgive me, forgive my whole
life lie. This was the only lie I said to you---the salty
coffee. Remember the first time we dated? I was so nervous
at that time, actually I wanted some sugar, but I said salt.
It was hard for me to change so I just went ahead.I never
thought that could be the start of our communication! I
tried to tell you the truth many times in my life, but I was
too afraid to do that, as I have promised not to lie to you
for anything.. Now I'm dying, I afraid of nothing so I
tell you the truth: I don't like the salty coffee, what
a strange bad taste.. But I have had the salty coffee for my
whole life! Since I knew you, I never feel sorry for
anything I do for you. Having you with me is my biggest
happiness for my whole life. If I can live for the second
time, still want to know you and have you for my whole
life,even though I have to drink the salty coffee again'.

Her tears made the letter totally wet.Someday, someone
asked her: what's the taste of salty coffee?

It's sweet. She replied.

Salt and water

This is actually a teaching from a monk
when i go for self improvement trip
(oh ya, i was a semi-monk when i young , )

One day, I go to temple to seek enlightenment from Bhante (monk in sankrit)
about the regret and guilt i having now,
how to deal with this emotions,


He told me this story , is something to Karma studies ge, about salt and water
Karma is something like ur saving account
but u having Karma instead of money in the account
once u did a good deed ( karma is deposited in ur account automatically)
and for bad thing u did ( Karma taken from ur account)

Now i going to the teaching

One day i ask Bhante for his counselling (advice )
about how i deal with my guilt


Then he ask me to follow him to kitchen ,
He then take out a cup of water,
and he put 3 tablespoon of salt into it.

"Taste the water,
it is salty right ?" Bhante says,

I nodded

Then he ask to follow him , this time to a pond ,
he then threw that cup of water to pond.

"now taste the water in the pond,
Is it salty ? " he asked again

This time i answered : nope

Then he added

Karma works the same way too
The salt is all the misdeed u have done
The deed u did is like water ,

"It cant be help if you did mistakes,
you might accidentally add salt ,
but what most important is add as much water as possible
while making sure the amount of salt remain constant,
so that your Karma wont be salty" He said

ya, i did regret about my past ,my mistakes
but past is past right ,
I cant reduce the amount of salt in my karma account already
what i can do now is just to add as much water as possible


Seriously , till now i wont forget his teachings
and is like .......so many years ago ,
i still rmb it clearly

Fire drill , in taylors ?

Today at 955 pm ,
right after my lecture,
there is a security guard informing us that there will be a fire drill
and evacuate immediately.

And after 15 min waiting outside of TCPJ building

It has been long time since i had a fire drill
last time is when i in my school

the memories is vague though
although i rmb i was trapped in the toilet when
the fire alarm was rang

if that is real fire that time
i wont be here now ...haha
