Verge of collapsing

I dunno why,
suddenly i have heart ache,
is not headache , is HEART ache,

the feeling is like being stab by knife repeatedly ,
am i over-stressing my body ?
or my cholesterol level is getting higher,
i dunno ,
go home must do medical check up

i just ate a painkiller,
i heard panadol work well as painkiller
but is it working ar ???

cant take it anymore
